JUICE created by Julian is a high-intensity interval circuit class that consists of dynamic mobility, functional exercise, abs and low impact plyometrics. The result! A Dance-floor workout. Exercises are sequenced to the bpm of the music. resulting in a fun, intense workout that leaves you sweaty. Each class is dependant on the environment, location and the groups' physical abilities.
