My Story.
After successfully competing on the world stage, I was one of Britains rising star sprinters. My athletics career was unfortunately halted with meningitis, peritonitis, and a patella meniscus tear.
During my rehabilitation, I shadowed under some of the top coaches, physios and doctors. I studied different methods of training and began coaching professionally, which sparked my passion for performance and excellence in others.
After returning to international athletics, I was fortunate enough to spend several years competing worldwide, which was funded by my profession, training professional sports clubs and athletes. I developed my practices by merging the functionality of sprint movement patterns with strength and conditioning training.
Following the London 2012 Olympics, I retired from competitive athletics and branched into the corporate world of business and tech. I now deliver services for physical and cognitive performance within the workplace which includes motivational speaking and one to one bespoke consultations. To date, I work with some of the most successful FSTE 500 companies, start ups, chairmen and CEO bosses throughout London and the UK.
